March’s focus will be the #crossfitopen2018 of course. 🙂 With two workouts down, we hope everyone is having fun with the Open so far! As we are only one week into it, we will still loosely base the programming around maximizing performance for the Open Workout on Fridays.⠀

We will be programming GPP workouts with a focus on keeping people from overdoing it right before the Open workouts. We don’t want people to be so sore on Friday/Saturday that they can’t give their Open workout 100% effort. ⠀
