May will be our first testing month in 2018. There will be 9 fitness tests throughout the month.
Our fitness testing protocol will be a fun mix of single modality tasks and benchmark style workouts.
Our goal is to target the 10 general physical skills —Strength, Power, Flexibility, Stamina, Accuracy, Agility, Cardiovascular Endurance, Coordination, Speed and Balance — in as many ways possible.
We will do these benchmarks every 4-6 months so that everyone can continue to track their progress over time.
