Holy cow, it’s the middle of the year! Already. Where did the time go!? This year has been pretty jam-packed with the Open, the Shoulder TLC month and then the Fitness Testing. So, in June, we are going to re-gather ourselves (yourselves) and focus on some solid GPP ( General physical preparedness ) work.

In this month we will include a few additional strength pieces before shorter metcons. This is so you guys can get a little extra time under tension using moderate to heavy loads. The intention isn’t for it to be like one of our traditional strength days, but to view them as an opportunity for more practice.
