Schedule Your No Sweat Intro

 Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized 6 Week Experience.

Follow Your Complete Nutrition Overhaul

Our nutrition coaching works. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We’ll use biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.

Start With Personal Training

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That’s why you start your 6 Week Program with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to get you beach body ready.

Join Our Group Classes

Our group classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we’re sure to have something that’ll make coming to the gym fun.

Groups not your thing? No problem. We have lots of clients who do personal training and nutrition coaching only.

Jose Vanderpool

Head Coach and Owner of CrossFit Equis

Coach Jose’s background in the fitness community started in 2007 when he began competing and teaching in the Japanese style Martial Art of Shito-Ryu Karate-Do. He has been a Level 2 certified CrossFit Trainer since 2015 and holds multiple CrossFit specialty course certifications. Since 2010, he helped developed specialty classes and seminars in gyms across The Bronx and Queens until founding his own gym in 2018. 

Jose’s experience as a trainer has led him to create teaching environments for people of all ages and fitness backgrounds – where anyone can feel welcomed and be appropriately challenged. Coach Jose is passionate about sharing the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and has a goal of impacting the lives of as many people as possible.
