How do I place my Membership on Hold?
If a member wishes to place their membership on hold, CrossFit Queens must be notified no later than 7 days before the hold start date by submitting a Hold Request Form found on the CrossFit Queen’s website. If notification is not given within 7 days Crossfit Queens will start the hold 7 days from the submission date. Holds can be requested for 30, 60 and 90 days; for each month on

How do I cancel my membership?
If a member wishes to cancel, CrossFit Queens must be notified at the latest 1 calendar month (i.e. January 31 cancellation request is processed for a Feb 28th membership end date) before the next billing date by completing the cancellation form found on the CrossFit Queens website. If notification is not given within this time, member’s cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle and
What can I do if I am Injured?
If a member is injured and unable to work out as advised by a doctor an Injury Leave is available. An Injury Leave Request Form must be submitted at the start of the Injury leave period and can not be made retroactively. The Leave will start on the 1st of the month following the request. The member’s monthly billing continues to occur while out on Leave.
When the member is ready to return an Injury Leave Return form must be submitted with a doctor’s note attached, noting the days of inactivity and clearance to return to exercise.
Members can return on the 1st of the month following the submission of the Return request. CrossFit Queens will credit the member’s account for the total number of full months of membership out on Leave.
If the member is advised not to return to group workouts, membership credit will be applied for Open Gym and the member is always able to use bikes and treadmills for physical activity.
No refunds are offered for any bills paid, including any bills paid while out on Leave.
